Everyone needs a push, a pat on the back, a helping hand sometimes. A little encouragement goes a long way when you are making big changes. In this program, you will spend three months surrounded by a group of supportive people with common goals who care about your well-being.
As a participant, you will enjoy:
Classes meet once a week for 12 weeks on Zoom. Select either Session A or Session B.
Next session begins: Tuesday, October 27, 2020
Session A: Tuesdays, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Session B: Tuesdays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Cost: $99 for Active Members
