Change Your Life and Achieve Your Wellness Goals

Everyone needs a push, a pat on the back, a helping hand sometimes. A little encouragement goes a long way when you are making big changes. In this program, you will spend one month surrounded by a group of supportive people with common goals who care about your well-being.

As a participant, you will enjoy:

Class Info

Classes meet twice a week for 4 weeks on Zoom. Select either Session A or Session B.

Next session begins: September 22, 2020

Session A: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Session B: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Cost: $29 for Y Members | $99 for Non Members
