Group Fitness Classes

We're excited to offer a variety of group fitness classes! Check out our classes below, and use the button to reserve your space!

HIIT w/ Jocelyn
Monday | 5:45pm-6:30pm
Wednesday | 12:00pm-12:45pm

HIIT optimizes your workout by utilizing a series of cardio and strength intervals to challenge your current level of fitness. The most effective way to build more muscle and improve endurance and strength. Members must bring their own mat. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga w/ Nicole (Starting May 3!)
Tuesday | 6:00pm-7:00pm

Gentle yoga focuses on breathing techniques and relaxation. This class increases mobility and promotes ease in the body in a gentle and nourishing way performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions. All levels welcome.

Tai Chi w/ Nina
Thursday | 10:00am-11:00am

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements connecting the mind and body. All levels welcome.

Yoga with Faith & Rebecca (Aerobics Studio)
Saturdays | 8:30am - 9:30am
This class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility.  It is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as more experienced Yogis – options and modifications are always offered. Faith and Rebecca are co-teaching this class, and will alternate teaching every Saturday.

Zumba with Claudia (starting May 21st)
Saturdays | 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Dance to current and Latin inspired music in this aerobic workout! All levels welcome.
