An experiential leadership learning and development program for middle and high school students

This is a 6-month hands-on program for high school students to explore the value of democracy.
The program allows middle school students to discuss global issues, explore cultures, and build essential skills.
We provide middle and high school students with an experiential leadership learning and development program by modeling United Nations and California’s legislature and courts. Our Y&G prides itself in providing quality educational and civic engagement programming that offer our student “delegates” with the following skills to help them transition and succeed with ease from high school through college graduation:
Inspire the next generation—volunteer with our Youth & Government program and help students develop leadership, public speaking, and critical thinking skills through real-world civic engagement.
