At the Pleasant Hill YMCA, we're offering Indoor and Outdoor Group Ex and lap swimming reservations in our outdoor pool. Download the schedule here!

Monday - Thursday | 8:45am - 9:30am & 11:45pm - 12:30pm

Sunday | 8:00am - 8:45am

*Reservations for Water Aerobics open 24 hours ahead of class times and classes are limited to 25 participants.
