Functional Circuit Training
Tues / Thurs | 9:30 - 10:15 am

Develop endurance and strength with a variety of functional training exercises that can be done at home and with everyday household items as tools and weights. You don't need strength equipment, you have everything you could need at home! This workout is guaranteed to break a sweat while you get individualized feedback on form.

Lift & H.I.I.T
Tues / Sat | 10:30 - 11:30am, 9:00  - 10:00am

In this program, designed by Coach Julien, will include a combination of weight training and High Intensity Interval Training for a complete workout that will challenge all of your energy systems and deliver results. The goal of this group is to build muscle and burn fat. Weights will be used in this group but other household items can be used in its place.

Pilates for Back Health

Gain strength safely with Pilates mat based exercises that are tailored for people who have osteoporosis or minor back injuries. Light hand weights and a foam roller are recommended. You must be able to lie down on and get up from a mat.

A new style step class for 2020! Are you looking for a good cardio sweat? We have got you covered. Burn up to 600 calories in this 45 min fun intensive. This contemporary style step class blends hip hop, R&B, and Latin rhythms. Be a part of the latest fitness craze that you can easily do at home. Are you ready? Let's Bounce. Don't have a step? Say Bye Bye to Body Fat
January 4 - February 14
 
This six week session is here to support you with weight loss in the New Year! You will receive group check ins over zoom for accountability and support along with a guided weekly exercise schedule. You'll unlock access to our specific YMCA nutrition guide to help you with healthy eating. You also have an option Sunday 8am get up and walk/run around Lake Merritt and check in!
