Virtual Small Group Training Classes

Functional Circuit Training
Tues / Thurs | 9:15 - 10:00 am

Develop endurance and strength with a variety of functional training exercises that can be done at home and with everyday household items as tools and weights. You don't need strength equipment, you have everything you could need at home! This workout is guaranteed to break a sweat while you get individualized feedback on form.

Pilates for Back Health
Mon / Wed | 9:30 - 10:15 am

Gain strength safely with Pilates mat based exercises that are tailored for people who have osteoporosis or minor back injuries. A 36” foam roller and a tennis or small ball are needed. You must be able to lie down on and get up from a mat.

Outdoor Small Group Training Classes

RowFit
Mon / Wed | 12:00 - 12:45pm & 1:15 - 2:00pm

Rowing is a great full-body exercise for strength and endurance. In RowFit, we’ll teach you correct rowing form, perform rowing drills to challenge the cardiovascular system, and have intervals of strength work using other equipment. Class will be held in our Teen Center Parking lot at 2111 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Berkeley, CA 94704
