RowFit
Rowing is a great full-body exercise for strength and endurance. In RowFit, we’ll teach you correct rowing form, perform rowing drills to challenge the cardiovascular system and have intervals of strength work using other equipment.
Where: Indoors in our Aerobic Studio!
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00-12:45pm & 1:00pm- 1:45pm
