Indoor Rowfit

Indoor Rowfit

Rowing is a great full-body exercise for strength and endurance. In RowFit, we’ll teach you correct rowing form, perform rowing drills to challenge the cardiovascular system and have intervals of strength work using other equipment.

Session 1 Fee: $50 / 2 classes (no classes May 29-31)
Session 2 Fee: $75 / 3 classes (no class June 5)

Functional Strength Circuit

Build strength, endurance and power while learning to utilize the fun equipment in our functional training zone on the 2nd floor! We will incorporate TRX, battle ropes, Kettlebells, Bosus, Slam balls and more to build full body strength! Must be comfortable getting on the floor for exercises.

Intro to Deadlift (Session 2 Only)

Develop and refine your skills in mastering the barbell deadlift. Learn proper warm-up techniques and ways to appropriately challenge yourself with this highly functional move.

BIKE X LIFT

This dynamic class with Coach Julien is divided into two segments! First, we'll burn calories and improve our cardiovascular endurance with cycling. Then we'll shift to a total body workout designed to improve your overall strength. Sessions run for 4 weeks with 2 classes per week.

Fee: $40 / 8 classes / 4 weeks / 2 classes per week
