Functional Circuit Training
Tues / Thurs | 9:30 - 10:15 am

Develop endurance and strength with a variety of functional training exercises that can be done at home and with everyday household items as tools and weights. You don't need strength equipment, you have everything you could need at home! This workout is guaranteed to break a sweat while you get individualized feedback on form.

Lift & H.I.I.T
Tues / Sat | 10:30 - 11:30am, 9:00  - 10:00am

In this program, designed by Coach Julien, will include a combination of weight training and High Intensity Interval Training for a complete workout that will challenge all of your energy systems and deliver results. The goal of this group is to build muscle and burn fat. Weights will be used in this group but other household items can be used in its place.

Senior Strength
Tues / Thurs | 1:30 - 2:15pm

Develop strength, coordination and balance through this full-body workout incorporating a chair and hand weights (if you do not have hand weights, you can use soup cans). Exercises will be performed in and out of the chair, with coaching on form for the most effective workout.

Pilates on the Stability Ball
Tues / Thurs | 4:30 - 5:15pm

Add more intensity and challenge with your Pilates practice with the stability ball. Pilates on the ball includes cardio, deeper core work, and increased upper body conditioning than a regular Pilates mat workout. Stability ball is required!

Pilates for Back Health
Mon / Wed | 5:00 - 5:45pm

Gain strength safely with Pilates mat based exercises that are tailored for people who have osteoporosis or minor back injuries. Light hand weights and a foam roller are recommended. You must be able to lie down on and get up from a mat.

Beginning Strength Training for All
Tues / Thurs | 12:00 - 12:45pm
 
We'll help you break down the basics of strength training in this small group. Learn proper form and develop full body strength using hand weights (or homemade weights!) and a mat. Must be comfortable working on the floor.
