The weight room can be an intimidating space, especially if you're new to the equipment. Enter Intro to Weightlifting, a new extended small group series designed to get you comfortable and confident in the weight room with real time results.
Classes will meet 2x per week and steadily progress through equipment workouts that target the full body. We'll start with foundational bodyweight moves, then learn to use bands, cables, dumbbells, barbells, racks and more!
You'll receive an inbody assessment before and after to track your progress, and a booklet to log your workouts and walk you through the foundations of strength training. Plus, you'll get access to all the workouts through our Y TRAINING ID app on your phone!
