Small Group Training Classes

Basketball - Basic Skills Development
Open to members of all ages that are looking to learn and develop their skills: shooting, passing, dribbling, and defending. This group will center around practicing good habits; highlighting form, footwork, and core drills. This class is meant to introduce a variety of different techniques that can be practiced beyond the class to improve on and hone your skills on the court!

Indoor Rowfit
Rowing is a great full-body exercise for strength and endurance. In RowFit, we’ll teach you correct rowing form, perform rowing drills to challenge the cardiovascular system and have intervals of strength work using other equipment.

Introduction to Powerlifting
Certified Personal Trainer Meitav Arusha teaches this course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including the squat, deadlift, bench press, and accessory exercises.

All levels are welcome. Classes are appropriate for anyone age 14 and up, including those who have lifted weights before and those who have not, seniors, and people recovering from injuries. Whether it's your first time performing each lift or you are wondering if your long-time technique can be improved, this small group class (capped at 8 participants) will help you to safely obtain optimal strength results.

Functional Strength Circuit
Build strength, endurance and power while learning to utilize the fun equipment in our functional training zone on the 2nd floor! We will incorporate TRX, battle ropes, Kettlebells, Bosus, Slam balls and more to build full body strength! Must be comfortable getting on the floor for exercises.

Foundational Strength
This 4-week series will help you nail basic movements and build the confidence you need to perform compound exercises with free weights, medicine balls, TRX and more. Bonus: Create friendships and learn partner exercises!
