Gain and develop strength in the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core through this circuit workout utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight and more. Exercises will be time interval based. Members must bring their own mat and masks are required. All levels welcome. Class will be held in our Teen Center parking lot located at 2111 Martin Luther King Jr. Way
