F2 Functional Fitness Pods include a bench, dumbells, jump rope, slam ball, and kettlebells with medium to light weight. These pods allow a safe way for members to train in a select and reserved area that is solely for use of 1-2 family members at a time. Once in your reserved pod and for the safety of all, we require that you clean and sanitize your area before and after use.  These pods are preset. As a safety precaution, we ask that you do not remove, touch, or take from other areas.  If you need assistance with equipment kindly ask a staff member to assist you.
