cycling, often also called spinning, is a cardiovascular conditioning class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Bring a towel and a water bottle,  - HR monitor and proper cycling shoes encouraged but cages are availbale for those with tennis shoes.  (We use SPD clips on our bikes)
