  • 12 walking lunges (6 each side)
  • 12 single leg deadlifts (6 each side)
  • 12 hammer curl to press
  • 12 Y flies
  • 30 second plank
Intermediate WOW

Workout of the Week | April 6th

1 minute each exercise. Perform 3 rounds. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

  • Right side Bulgarian lunges
  • Jumping jacks
  • Left side Bulgarian Lunges
  • Mountain climbers
  • Uneven push-ups
  • Burpees
  • Eccentric pull-ups
  • Plank
Senior WOW

3 sets of:

  • 15 “out of the car” chair squats
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 15 Chair pec fly
  • 15One arm row (each side)
  • 15 Single leg balance arm circles (each side)
