Perform 4 rounds, rest 1 minute between rounds:

20 Squat to Reverse lunges
20 side step push-ups
20 v-ups (each side)
20 alternating rows
20 lunge knee drives (each side)
20 butterfly sit-ups

Intermediate WOW

Perform 5 rounds, rest 1 minute between rounds:

30 walking lunges
30 deadlifts
20 squat jacks
30 inchworm push-ups
30 supermans
30 spiderman crunches
20 burpees

Senior WOW

Workout of the Week | June 30

Perform 3 rounds:

12 assisted lunges (each side)
12 deadlift to front raise
12 wall push-up with knee march
12 alternating rows
12 deadbugs
