As we go through the season we will embrace the YMCA four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, & Responsibility to each delegate and our community. The delegation will plan various fundraisers, community service projects, and help solve problems facing today’s California through legislation. In the process, delegates learn self-confidence, problem solving, collaboration, public speaking, among other vital leadership skills- all while building a lifelong sense of value.
