The #Y45 Challenge is for our YMCA of the East Bay members. Ready to become a Y member and join the challenge? Join by the end of March using promo code Y45 and pay $0 Join Fee.

Sign up for the #Y45 Challenge.

The #Y45 Challenge registration is open throughout the month of March.

Please note: you will need your My Y Account login to register.

STEP 3

Download our new Y Training ID App.

Once you register for the #Y45 Challenge, within 24 hours you'll receive an invitation via email to download our new Y Training ID app. The app is available for download in both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Use the app to access challenge content and chat and connect with other challengers through the Y45 Group chat!

STEP 4

Sync Your Devices.

If you have an Apple Watch or a FitBit, you can sync them with the Y Training ID App!

Take a look at how to use the app on your Apple Watch and how to sync your Apple Health data!

STEP 5

Let's Do This.

On Challenge Day #1 we'll assess your strength in squats, push-ups, and planks. By Challenge Day #45 you'll be stronger and able to beat your initial assessment.

Ready for the big bonus? We're bringing back Fitness Center Reciprocity! Now you can complete your daily challenge workout at any of our five fitness centers!

Don't hesitate to ask for support! Our fitness floor team at all 5 fitness centers are ready to help you complete the #Y45 Challenge. If you need guidance, instruction, or a little motivation, just ask! This is a community challenge meant for all!

Have some fun and share your progress!

We want this challenge to be a fun way for you to build strength and connect with your Y community! So don't stress if you need to modify some exercises or take some extra rest breaks.
