The Great Outdoors: A Cycling Experience

Oakland Y RunClub

Love running or looking to get back into running? Run club is a safe place to do so! Completely outdoors, run club is coached by Karah Leibovich, a Boston Marathon qualifier, collegiate runner, and Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping you to develop a running habit that feels good for your unique body, goals, and experience level. All levels welcome.

Outdoor Sets and Reps

Lift, Lunge, Squat, and Sweat! Get what you need whether you are a beginner athlete or a weekend warrior. Learn proper technique and form in this strength training program built for all levels. Work at your own pace in this circuit-style coach-led class. We use barbells, plates, dumbbells, slam balls, and ropes. Masks required.
