Outdoor RowFit

Rowing is a great full-body exercise for strength and endurance. In RowFit, we'll teach you correct rowing form, perform rowing drills to challenge the cardiovascular system and have intervals of strength work using other equipment.

At our Pleasant Hill branch, you can reserve a lap swimming lane in our outdoor pool. You can also reserve an Outdoor Strength Pod with a full selection of equipment or join one of our Outdoor Body Conditioning classes.
