Kickbox Fit

KickboxFit is a multi-dimensional moving up, down, front, back, side to side and every angle your body can move. I will coach you on proper punching and kicking technique. You’ll wear boxing gloves to protect your fist as you punch and kick a standing bag.

Both workouts stimulate neurons in your brain which in turn keep your mind in shape. If interested then go to the link below and sign up for this small group community workout.

Rowfit

RowFit is 2 dimensional moving forward and back. Build strength and power while you push with your legs (lower body strength) and pull with your arms (upper body strength).

When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:00pm- 1:45pm
