This 75 min class is a chance to release and link your breath with movements to build strength, stability and flexibility. We open with a few minutes of centering; connecting to your breath and setting your intention. The movement and breath practice builds from there preparing you for each successive sequence of poses. We finish up class with a few seated poses and final relaxation(savasana.) This class is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as those more experienced Yogis – options and modifications are always offered.
