Our Personal Training program gives you one-on-one instruction by a highly trained and certified personal trainer.

Together, you and your personal trainer will craft a tailor-made workout plan, commit to a manageable program, create strategies for staying on track, and measure and modify your routines to ensure you’re meeting your fitness goals!

In addition to individual training, we also offer partner training! Work with a friend or family member to become better together. Groups must be established prior to contacting the Y.

One-on-One Personal Training

  • Intro Package: 3 Sessions $99 (per person, first time clients only)

Two-to-One Personal Training
