The Hilltop Y offers fitness classes for all abilities and interests. From indoor cycling to cardio kickboxing, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving!

Boot Camp
Boot Camp offers a challenging workout combining cardio, strength, and agility exercises in a welcoming & supportive group environment. While it’s not required, we recommend that you start on the first class of each month.
Cardio Kickboxing
A great class for all levels. Moves are based on kickboxing movements including punching, blocking and defending.
Hi/Lo Combo
Fun, Fun and Fun! Get your blood pumping and your body moving with an aerobics class that won't bang up your knees.
Indoor Cycling
A non-impact cardiovascular workout taught by a certified group exercise cycling instructor on specially designed stationary bikes. Climb, sprint and cruise to build your cardiovascular endurance and take your fitness training to another dimension while listening to motivating music.
Step Aerobics
With beginning and intermediate classes, you will learn movements and choreography at the right pace for you.

Elite Circuit
A new dynamic and emerging workout. A full body challenge using a variety of equipment and plyometric techniques to promote optimal strength training and flexibility. This class is bilingual.
Elite Fit
This class is designed for the athlete looking for an unrivaled, rigorous cardio and strength training program. This class is bilingual.
Elite Fusion
This class is recommended for individuals with experience in circuit training. This is a bilingual class. Check Schedule.
H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) Core
An advanced class, there will be strong intervals of cardio mixed in with weights, plyometric moves, and strength exercises.
H.I.I.T. Conditioning
High Intensity Interval Training alternates periods of intense aerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods which improves athletic capacity.
Strength Training
This weight room in a studio format help you strengthen and tone the major muscle groups.
Stretch & Flex
Build flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall body awareness and relaxation. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Tone & Sculpt
Strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups using your own body weight as well as various types of equipment.
Strengthen your core muscles and concentrate on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation and breathing techniques. Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi are just the beginning!
Pilates Made Easy
This is a modified version of regular Pilates and a great way to challenge your body with something new and develop a well rounded fitness regimen.
Pilates
This class focuses on the core postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced. This is a progressive class.
Hardcore Pilates
When you’re ready for a push to the next level, Hardcore Pilates is waiting for you! This class is designed for those with experience and comfort in Pilates.
Pilates - Family Fitness
For ages 6 and up, with parent or guardian. This class is designed for the whole family - enjoy the benefits of getting fit and healthy together!
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is the practice of slow movements, which enables a person to learn the art of balance in all conditions. This class covers warm up and gentle stretching, the 24-movement simplified form and basic Chi Gung exercises.
Tai Chi Chih
This class consists of slow and rhythmic movements designed for stress relief, physical and mental balance restoration, and injury recovery. This class is recommended for beginning level participants.
Beginning Iyengar Yoga
A form of Hatha Yoga that focuses on safety and alignment, making it accessible for people of all agers through the use of props and careful individual instruction.
Hatha Yoga
Most modern schools of yoga are variations of traditional Hatha, though none of them strictly follow the traditional teaching. This class focuses on physical postures, breathing and mediation to build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Power Yoga
A vigorous, athletic approach to Vinyasa-style yoga. power yoga does not follow a series of poses, and each class sequence varies from the next. There is an emphasis on strength and flexibility, and the room temperature is kept high to promote the release of toxins and provide safety in stretching.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement, Vinyasa involves a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to stretch, detoxify, and strengthen the body, as well as increase energy.
Ready to hit the dance floor? Dancing is a full-body workout that’s good for your heart, increases strength, and helps with balance and coordination.
Belly Dance
Have fun learning the basics, while benefiting from the great toning and abdominal workout.
Dance Fusion
Fuses Latin, Hip-Hop and old school music with easy moves to create a fun and dynamic dance class!
Line-Dancing
For a change of pace, our line dancing classes offer a chance to learn the coordinated sequence of steps of some of the most popular line dances. All while getting an awesome workout and fitness routine done!
Zumba
Dance to an exhilarating Latin-inspired beat and join the millions of people who are moving towards health and wellbeing.
From Water Aerobics to Aqua Zumba, our water fitness classes will help with mobility, muscle strength, while putting minimal pressure on your joints.
Gentle Water
Fitness Class A gentle modified version of our regular Water Fitness class. Provides a low-impact aerobic workout designed to work every major muscle group. The water decreases stress on hips, knees, ankles and feet. No swimming skills required.
Rusty Hinges
Based on the Arthritis Foundation teachings for the YMCA aquatic program, this is designed for anyone with arthritis or related rheumatic diseases or other musculoskeletal conditions ranging from people who are very limited by impaired joint mobility to those who are relatively active with only mild joint involvement. What can be expected from participating in this class is a reduction in pain stiffness and fatigue, improved strength and the ability to function independently in day to day life. This class is taught by an Arthritis Foundation and YMCA certified instructor. Swimming ability is not necessary to participate in the program.
Water Fitness Class
A low impact aerobic workout designed to work every major muscle group though the natural water resistance, decreasing stress on hips, knees, ankles and feet. No swimming skills required.
Water Walking
Enjoy the benefit of exercise in the water by walking laps in our Water Walking lane. One lane of the pool is reserved for walking laps at all times, except during Rusty Hinges and Gentle Water Fitness classes.
