For clients who are ready to get their health and fitness goals accomplished! 

When you sign up for Personal Training, we offer you a complimentary Initial Assessment. At this first meeting, your Personal Trainer will get to know you, your motivations, and your goals. Using this data, and results from your functional assessment, your trainer will communicate to you the frequency, intensity and duration of training required to achieve your goals. If you decide that you want to keep training, then your trainer will use this data to create your specific fitness program, and she/he will have your back, while you take on your goals.
