Our Youth Fitness classes help kids kickstart a healthy lifestyle by learning the fundamentals of fitness.
 

Classes are designed to help youth be more active through fun and engaging cardio exercise, calisthenics, drills, and activities.

Classes are scheduled to coincide with our adult group exercise schedule!

Registration not required. For Full Service Members only.

Youth must be signed in by a parent / guardian at the beginning of class. Sign in opens 5 minutes before each class.

Dates: January 7 - March 30, 2019
(No class January 21)

Capoeira:
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance and music with quick, complex leg sweeps. Kids will be introduced to basic Capoeira rhythms, song, and musical instruments.

Circuit:
A blend of fitness and fun, our circuit moves through body weight exercises, cardio and calisthenics.

Group Games:
Come get a fun workout playing your favorite school yard games!
